I have a critique for your video. I figure since you're critiquing IN the video you won't mind. ^^
Basically, go faster. You tend to repeat your explanations a few times. I liked what you were saying, but I usually got to, "Ok, I got that point, what's next?" about 1/3rd of the way through. Just saying. :3
I'm coming from a more educational mindset so I do repeat stuff a bit too much. I'll work on it!
